Available on Android v2.2.12 and iOS v2.2.37 or later.
1. Shared Plan Highlights
-
New Shared Data Plans: Multiple cameras can now share a single data plan, helping you save on subscription costs.
-
Discounted Rates: Under the same plan, the first camera is charged at full price, while each additional camera enjoys a discounted rate.
-
Unified Billing Cycle: All cameras on the same plan share the same cycle.
-
Additional Plans Sharing: HD Photos, HD Videos, Additional Photos, and Live Stream balances can now be shared across cameras — with no expiration.
2. Shared Plan Rules
①. Your account’s first plan includes a 1-month free trial.
②. All cameras under a shared plan share the same data pool and billing cycle.
Example: If you subscribe to a Standard – Annually plan on March 5, 2025 (which includes 1,500 photos or 15,000s of lite video per month), and add two cameras, both will share a total of 3,000 photos or 30,000 seconds lite video per month. The billing cycle will be unified and start on March 5th each year.
③. Discounts for multiple cameras: Under the same plan, the first camera is billed at the full price, and each additional camera is charged at a fixed discounted rate.
Example: For Premium – Annually ($144/year), each additional camera is just $96/year.
④. Old plans will automatically upgrade to shared plans: After updating the app, your existing plans become shareable by default. You can opt out by turning off auto-renew and joining a shared plan after the current cycle ends.
3. Plan Management (in the App)
①. A new “Plans” page is now added to the main menu for easy management.
②. Individual camera plan pages have been removed.
③. After the upgrade(requires the latest version of the app):
-
Each camera will be listed as a separate plan on the Plans page.
-
You can either:
-
Keep the current plan.
-
Turn off auto-renew and join a shared plan when your current plan ends.
-
4. Additional Plans
All Additional Plans (HD Photos, HD Videos, Additional Photos, Live Stream) have been upgraded:
-
No time limits — use your balances anytime.
-
Balances can be shared across all cameras — no need to buy them individually per camera.
5. How to Manage Your Plan
5.1 Add a New Camera to a Shared Plan
①. Add the camera via the app, and scan its QR code.
②. Choose an existing shared plan when prompted.
③. Tap Join Plan to proceed — you’ll be taken to the review plan page to complete the subscription.
④. The new camera will share the plan and follow the same billing cycle.
Note: On the Select an Existing Plan page, you can also tap New Plan to create a new plan.
5.2 Change Your Plan
①. Go to the Plans page, tap the Change button next to your plan, then choose Change Plan.
②. Select a new plan and confirm payment (note: downgrades are not supported).
5.3 Turn Off Auto-Renewal
①. In the Plans page, tap the Change button and select Manage Auto-Renewal.
②. You’ll see a list of cameras — toggle the switch next to the one you want to stop renewing.
Note: Turning off auto-renewal will stop uploads after the current cycle ends.
5.4 Remove a Camera from a Plan
①. In the Plans page, long-press the camera you want to remove.
②. A confirmation window will appear — confirm to remove it from the subscription.
③. The camera will stop billing, but unused time won’t be refunded.
Note:
-
If you long press on a camera under the plan and cancel its plan, the balance will be updated accordingly.
-
If one camera uses more than its share, other cameras' balance will decrease as well.
-
For example, you have two cameras under a Standard Monthly Plan with a total of 3,000 / 3,000 photos. If Camera A uses 100 photos and Camera B uses 2,000 photos, your current balance will show as 900 / 3,000. If you then remove Camera B from the plan, the total quota will update, and your new balance becomes 900 / 1,500.

①. In the Plans page, find Additional Plan and tap Buy.
②. Select from:
-
Buy HD Photos
-
Buy HD Videos

6. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: I only have one camera—can I still get the additional camera discount?
No. Discounts only apply when adding extra cameras to a shared plan. However, if you purchase any annual plan, we’ll include free Live streaming time (for Live-series models only).
Q2: Can I use different plans for my 3 cameras?
Yes. You can put 2 cameras on a shared plan and keep 1 on a separate plan. Just note: shared plans offer discounts, individual ones don’t.
Q3: What happens if I remove a camera from a shared plan?
The shared data pool will shrink. If the removed camera used more than a single camera’s share, the other cameras’ quotas may decrease.
Q4: Can I merge old plans?
Not directly — due to different billing cycles and platform limitations, merging old plans isn’t currently supported.
-
You can turn off auto-renew for each plan and resubscribe to a shared plan after they expire.
-
Alternatively, you can keep using your existing plans. When adding a new camera, simply choose one of your current plans to share data with it.
Q5: Why does my photo usage look wrong after upgrading?
After upgrading, all old usage (photos & videos) are shown as video. Your photo count resets to 0 for the current month. It will display normally next month.
Q6: How do I estimate my total cost with multiple cameras?
Go to the Plans page in the app and tap the “?” icon in the top right corner. Then, tap the yellow “Cost Calculator” link.
You can also [click here:Cost Calculator] to view it online.
Q7: Why did my plan become one-time only?
If you try to upgrade your plan or add a new camera to an existing plan, and multiple payment attempts fail, Stripe may cancel your subscription.
To protect your access, we’ll restore your original plan as a non-renewable, one-time version. This version cannot be upgraded, renewed, or used to add new cameras.
Q8: Why was my plan cancelled?
Repeated failed payments may cause Stripe to cancel your subscription. You’ll receive email alerts before this happens. Please try updating your payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to GardePro Support.
Q9: Why can't I use my HD/Live/Additional Photos balance?
You must have an active main plan to use Additional Plan balances. Without a valid base plan, these balances are temporarily disabled.
Q10: How many cameras can share one plan?
There’s no limit — you can share the plan with as many cameras as you like.
Q11: Can I transfer my plan to another camera?
Yes, but you’ll need to contact GardePro Support to request a plan transfer.
Q12: Will my subscription be canceled if I remove a camera from my account?
Yes. If you remove a camera via the status page by tapping the More icon > Remove, the subscription will also be canceled. You won’t be charged in the next billing cycle. If you re-add the camera within the current cycle, it can continue using the service, but auto-renew will remain off.
Q13: What happens if I delete my account?
Deleting your account will immediately cancel all active camera subscriptions. No charges will occur in the next billing cycle. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — please proceed with caution.
