Wi-Fi connected, but can’t see any camera information and can’t preview

On iOS 14.4.1 or later, please use the Settings app, go to the Privacy menu, then select Local Network.

It will show a list of all the apps that have requested permission.

Go down to the GardePro Mobile app, and click the setting to green giving the app access to devices on the network.

Re-access the GardePro Mobile app after that change and it will be connecting right away and you could preview and see the camera’s information on Status page.

There is a 90-second timeout, if you are too late to re-access the GardePro Mobile app, please reconnect to the camera.

Upload The Feedback

Please use the following methods to upload Feedback in the APP :

1). Please click the "icon in the upper left corner" of the "Statue" after your connection fails.  Click" Feedback "to add information

2). Fill in the problems you encountered, and upload some screenshots, preferably a video;  we will help you analyze the problems encountered by the camera ( Feedback will upload the log, this will not reveal any of your information, we will only get the pictures or videos you uploaded)
