Amazon (U.S.) Warranty: One-Year Limited Warranty

For customers who purchase GardePro trail cameras on Amazon in the United States, we provide a one-year limited warranty. We want to ensure clarity and distinction between the warranties offered through different platforms.

Our one-year limited warranty for Amazon (U.S.) covers your trail camera for one year from the original purchase date. Just like our two-year warranty, we ensure that your camera is free from defects in materials and workmanship when operated under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Coverage:

Please note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by the following:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Improper handling or installation
  • Damage caused by wild animals
  • Repairs attempted by individuals other than our authorized technicians

Warranty Benefits:
