When I turn on the camera, the screen just continually flashes white
It may be due to poor battery contact. It is recommended to remove the batteries, wipe both ends of the battery the positive electrode (“flat”) of the battery compartment, and the spring with a clean cloth before reinstalling.
Upgrade your camera to the latest version if you know the Camera version number.
The camera leak
To ensure that your camera is protected from the intrusion of moisture and humidity, GardePro recommends taking some additional preventive measures. First, avoid placing the camera directly on the ground, especially in damp or rainy environments, as the ground may absorb moisture, increasing the risk of the camera getting damp. Instead, we recommend placing the camera on a tree or using a professional camera stand, which can elevate the camera, keeping it away from the ground's dampness, while also maintaining good ventilation, which helps in drying and protecting the camera.
If the camera accidentally gets damp, immediate action should be taken. Place the camera on a dry table and use the cool wind mode of a hairdryer to gently dry the camera's surface to help remove moisture. This not only checks whether the camera is already dry but also tests whether the camera can still work normally. By taking these timely countermeasures, you will help extend the camera's lifespan and ensure it always maintains optimal performance.

Condensate/Fog/moisture on camera lens

LED Glass / PIR Sensor Broken
Currently, if the LED glass or PIR Sensor cover of GardePro trail camera is damaged, there are no replacement parts. As long as it does not affect use, you can seal the damaged part with a plastic sheet to prevent water from entering the camera.
