With the Camera Sharing feature, you can easily share access to your cellular cameras with friends or family. Let them view the amazing moments your camera captures—anytime, from anywhere—while you stay in full control.
1. Feature Introduction
1.1 Feature Description
"Camera Sharing" is a guest access feature that allows camera owners to authorize others to access their cellular cameras. Guests can view and save captured photos and videos, including HD content requested by the owner.
⚠️ This feature is currently only available for cellular cameras.
1.2 Sharing Process
● The owner invites the guest via their account
● Enter the guest's email (both registered and unregistered emails are supported), and select the camera(s) to share
● Send invitation (guests receive an email notification; a red dot will appear in the app)
● Guest accepts the invitation via the app

1.4 Cancel Sharing
● The owner can remove a guest account, revoking all access
● The owner can remove sharing permissions for individual cameras
● The guest can remove shared camera(s) from their account
Note: Once a camera is unbound, the sharing relationship is automatically terminated.
2. Owner Operation Guide
2.1 Entry to Sharing
Go to App → Tap the avatar icon (top left) → "Me" page → "Camera Sharing" → "My Sharing"
2.2 Share a Single Camera
①. In the "My Sharing" tab under Camera Sharing, tap "Invite to Share"
②. On the Invite to Share page, enter the guest’s email
③. Under “Select camera,” choose the camera you want to share
④. Tap Confirm to send the invitation
Note: You can select multiple cameras at once or tap "Check All" to share several cameras in one invitation.
2.3 Remove Shared Users
In the "My Sharing" tab, tap Select to enter selection mode, choose the guest account(s), then tap Remove. Confirm in the pop-up window to revoke access. Bulk removal is supported.
2.4 Remove Shared Cameras
In the "My Sharing" tab, expand the guest account, tap the '-' icon next to the shared camera, confirm in the pop-up to remove access to that specific camera.
2.5 Shared Icon
Shared cameras are indicated with a "Shared" icon in the camera list. Tapping the icon will take you to the "My Sharing" tab under Camera Sharing.
3. Guest Operation Guide
3.1 Accepting a Share
● Log into the app → Tap the avatar icon (top left) → "Me" page → "Camera Sharing" → "Shared With Me" (Note: Unregistered users must sign up with the email used by the inviter. The account must be registered in the same country/region.)
● Detailed instructions are also included in the email notification.
3.2 Accepting Cameras
● You can accept cameras individually or in bulk
● Accepted cameras will appear under the "Shared With Me" tab in the Cameras list
3.3 Removing Shared Cameras
● In the "Shared With Me" tab, you can remove individual cameras
● If all shared cameras are removed, the account will also be removed from the sharing with me list.
3.4 View Gallery
● Tap on a camera in the list to access its gallery
● In Gallery+, filter by "Shared With Me" to view all shared camera content together
4. Frequently Asked Questions
①. Can cameras be shared across countries or regions?
No. The guest account must be registered in the same country or region as the owner's account.
②. How many people can I share my camera with?
There is currently no limit on the number of people you can share with.
③. How long is the sharing invitation valid?
The invitation is valid for 7 days.
④. Can I cancel the sharing at any time?
Yes. Both the owner and the guest can cancel sharing at any time.
⑤. Can the guest view HD content?
Yes. Guests can view and download HD photos and videos that have already been requested by the owner.
⑥. Can the guest request HD content themselves?
No. Only the owner can request HD photos or videos.
⑦. Does the guest need to register an account?
Yes. A registered account is required to accept the sharing invitation.
