Step1: Check the signal strength between the camera and monitor
1) Whether the signal is too weak for live-streaming?
What are the antenna signal strength indicators in the status bar on the monitor? If there are only 1-2 vertical bars, the signal is too weak, it is recommended to place the camera closer to the monitor to solve the problem.
* Tell us how many walls or floor-slabs there are between the camera and the monitor. It is suggested that they would have good performance to penetrate two concrete walls at most.
2) Move the monitor closer within 3 meters in the same room to the camera, check if it is prone to disconnect.
If it continues to be disconnected, check the signal indicator please.
If the If the signal strength is low than three bars, maybe the device have some hardware problem, try step3 to change one.
If the signal strength is above two bars, try step2 to reconnect.
If the camera connect stably then take the camera across a wall. Check the signal strength again. If it is lower than 3 bars, maybe it is not suitable to place the camera here or we can change a camera to try as step3.
